How will my order be shipped?

A.  Any orders that usually weigh over 100lbs. will be shipped via LTL carrier (full sized tractor trailer).  Orders that are under 100lbs. will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, or USPS, and sometimes DHL.

When will my order be shipped? 

A.   Smaller orders usually ship the same day if ordered in the morning.  It can take longer if the product is not in stock.  Larger orders that require delivery via LTL carrier usually take 2 to 5 days to ship if the order is in stock.  Keep in mind, these time frames DO NOT include transit times or manufacturing times.  Please give all orders at least 10 to 14 days maximum to arrive at the destination or you can call us at 855-896-9453 to get an update on your order status.

What is the shipment process?

A.  Upon receiving your order we will verify that we have your item in stock and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, reach out to us at 
Some orders (mainly kennels and crates) over 125 lbs. will arrive on a pallet delivered by a commercial LTL carrier. The trucks are usually full size 18 wheelers. If you are not a business with a loading dock you will need onsite assistance to help unload the shipment from the truck when it arrives.  If you are unable to unload the shipment on your own, lift gates and inside delivery may be available in your area for an additional fee.  Please call us at 1-855-896-9453 or email to see if this service is available in your area.  Most orders ship in about 5 to 7 days.  Products that are on backorder or have to be custom made will take longer to ship.    If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or email us.    

Do I need to be at home when my order arrives?

A.  If your shipment is over 100 lbs., it will usually be shipped on a LTL carrier which requires someone to be present when the shipment arrives.  Usually, the carrier will call a day or two before they arrive at the destination to schedule when you should be present.  You will also want to inspect the shipment before you sign the carrier paperwork.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged?

A.  If your shipment arrives via LTL carrier and is damaged, please take pictures and write "Shipment Damaged" on the paperwork you are signing.  Send all pictures of damages to and contact us within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your shipment.  We will review your claim and provide you with an RMA number and instructions on returning your shipment if your claim is approved.  For Non- freight orders, immediately contact us within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your shipment and send pictures of damages to  We will provide your with an RMA number and instructions on returning your shipment if your claim is approved.

What if I don't have a loading dock for my shipment to arrive at?

A.  Shipments arriving via LTL carrier will require some on site help to unload your shipment from the truck.  Usually, shipments of this size are strapped down to a pallet with metal bands.  You will need tin snips or metal cutting scissors to cut the bands and unload your shipment.  Liftgate services are available in certain areas upon request if you don't have on site help.

What are Liftgate services?

A.  These services are available upon request in certain areas.  This service allows the LTL carrier driver to lower your shipment to the ground on a hydraulic lift attached to the back of the truck.  This does cost extra but is strongly recommended if you do not have a loading dock.  Some shipments maybe to big for the liftgate to lower 100% of the shipment so make sure to have extra help present to unload the rest.  Just give us a call at 855-896-9453 to check availability of this service in your area. 

What is an RMA number?

A.  This is a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  It is provided to the customer during the returns process.  ANY orders that are sent back WITHOUT this number will be denied a refund and the customer will be responsible for ALL shipping cost both ways back to the manufacturer warehouse.  

How do I cancel or change my order?

A.  An order can not be changed or canceled on our site.  You will need to contact us at 855-896-9453 or to request a change or cancellation.

What do I do if my order is missing?

A.  If you have checked your tracking number that we have provided you and your order is delivered but you have not received it, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at so we can help you with this process.  You should always make sure that the address in your order confirmation email is correct after you purchase.  We are able to make changes up until the order has shipped out.  Once it has shipped, we can't stop it or cancel the order. I purchased the bigger box and it is plenty of room for my two coonhounds. Plenty of air flow and it comes with covers for the vents for winter. Highly recommend.

Got this box as a suprise birthday present! My wife did a good job of sneaking! It is HUGE but my dogs love it! 3 holes on each side. Perfect! definitely worth the wait!
